The Ideal Candidate’s Qualifications Education, Training and Experience
- Master’s Degree and registered clinical counselling or social work certification
- Minimum five years’ experience in a senior management position responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of programs
- Experience managing teams and leading effective change management processes
- Demonstrated ability to enhance and build strong relationships and partnerships with a variety of stakeholders
- Demonstrated success in the development of effective funding proposals designed to support service delivery
- Knowledge and experience in budget preparation and monitoring
