Our counselling team draws upon years of practice using a wide range of therapeutic techniques. Our expertise is our collective ability to be open and present to whatever difficulties our clients bring into their respective sessions such as school, life or career transitions, trauma, anxieties, grief, loss and addictions.
Counselling is available for:
- Parenting, couples and family workshops
During the pandemic, no cost virtual counselling is available for new clients until March 31, 2021 for individuals located throughout the South Okanagan. No referral required, simply call 250.487.3359 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. This free counselling is available through a grant from the Community Action Initiative and the Canadian Mental Health Association.
After March 31, 2021 fees for our counselling services will start at $100 per session. You may pay by cash, cheque, debit, Visa or MasterCard upon arrival at your session.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Crime Victim Assistance reimbursements may be available. Contact your employee benefits provider for details.
Hours of Operation
Counselling sessions can be scheduled daytime, evenings and weekends. Your counsellor will work with you to meet your needs.
OneSky Community Resources administrative office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, except statutory holidays and counsellors are available outside of these hours.
