Harm Reduction

OneSky staff person empties sharps container in public park

Harm reduction endeavours to reduce or minimize disease, injury and death while empowering people in safer practices. We aim to work together with people to reduce the harms they may be facing and to reduce stigma and barriers to services.

The focus of theses services is to improve the wellbeing of people who are vulnerable to blood-borne infections, due to social and economic barriers, substance use, mental illness, sex work and/or isolation.

  • Individual and confidential support, advocacy and links to other services.
