In their own words

I would be described as empathic, intuitive, calm, sincere and collaborative.

I find it deeply meaningful to accompany people through the joys and challenges of their lives. Each person brings a unique life experience and perspective. I always treasure the privilege of getting to know someone’s story and witness the ways they come to heal, grow and deepen into who they are.

Person-centered, existential, mindfulness, strengths-based and narrative therapy. I strive to create a space of safety for you to explore and reach your counselling goals.

Being a parent continues to teach me patience, compassion and self-awareness. I dedicate myself to practices, such as walking and making art, to help me feel grounded and able to be fully present for others. I have worked with a diversity of people in my previous career and am deeply rooted in anti-oppressive values and ways of working.
