My goal is for all clients to feel supported, heard and understood while at the same time feeling challenged, educated and empowered.

I most enjoy being a partner to the journey towards empowerment and self-actualization.

I support individuals, couples and families through a person-centered focus on solutions and systems. My approach to counselling is a collaborative and strength based journey that seeks to explore and ultimately harness each individual’s unique resources. I am also an educator where my role is to work with teams of professionals to promote and build supports that reduce the barriers to inclusion for students with challenging behavior.

Beyond education and counselling I am a husband and father of two boys. I am an avid rock climber, mountain biker and outdoor enthusiast. I have a keen interest in sports performance both at the individual and team level.

I primarily work via video conferencing.
