In their own words

I use a collaborative, client-centered approach, in which the client leads the session. I believe trust and safety lay the foundation for building the therapeutic relationship. Clients may say that I am empathic and supportive. I am culturally sensitive and focus on family systems as appropriate.

I enjoy creating a safe space and allowing clients to feel seen and heard. It is also imperative to create a space for diverse clients who may struggle to find a counsellor that meets their specific needs.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy, family systems, multicultural counselling, trauma-informed practice, client-centered

I speak and understand Punjabi. I am available for in-person sessions in Penticton and available for virtual sessions across B.C.
