In their own words

Emotion-focused and client-centered.

I really like being with people and believe that every person has the potential to heal and grow. It is a privilege and honor to sit with others, listen to their experiences and be with them as they walk through their individual process of working towards their goals.

Emotion-focused, somatic techniques, cognitive-behavioral therapy.

Being married for 34 years, raising three children (two biological and one adoptive) I have lots of life experience. I love spending time with all age groups; I have a special place in my heart for foster and adoptive children and families, couples who want to strengthen their relationships, and seniors.
