Wage Rate
ECE with Infant Toddler Certification wage starts at $23.49 per hour, which includes the ECE Wage Enhancement. Eligible staff also receive company paid benefits (extended health, dental, vision care, and more, and enrolment in the Municipal Pension Plan).

Hours per Week
40 hours per week

This position is specifically for our Hand in Hand Infant Toddler Centre in Penticton, but staff may be deployed to other OneSky childcare centres as needed.

Nature of Position

This is a full-time permanent position for a dedicated, motivated Early Childhood Educator with Infant Toddler Certification. The ECE/IT is responsible for implementing developmentally appropriate programs that meet the observed needs of the children and leading children in activities to stimulate and develop their intellectual, physical, and emotional growth.


The successful candidate will have an Early Childhood Educator Certificate with Infant Toddler certification, current license to practice and previous childcare experience. A valid First Aid Certificate, Class 4 Driver’s license and/or Food Safe certificate would be an asset.
