About CWA

Cycling Without Age (CWA) connects seniors who have mobility challenges with fresh air, nature and social connections by offering a bicycle ride piloted by a volunteer. The international program, started in Denmark seven years ago, is now gaining momentum in the Okanagan.

Seniors are given the opportunity to ride in a specially made electric-assisted trishaw that is complete with a comfortable two-person carriage in front. The rides promote social connections with passengers enjoying conversations and laughter with each other and their volunteer pilot.

Your generous donation helps us maintain our trishaws, train volunteers, and expand our reach. Together we can bring smiles, stories, connection, and a sense of adventure to those who need it most.

Thank you for your support!
